This is the canalhouse were Anne Frank with her family and 4 other people lived for 2 years during the World War II in hidden rooms at the backside of the building. Here she wrote her famous dairies.
The canalhouse is situated on the Prinsengracht 267, inside is now a museum of Anna Frank.

On august 4, 1944 they were betrayed and deported to the concentration camps. Only Otto frank survived.
The canalhouse is situated on the Prinsengracht 267, inside is now a museum of Anna Frank.
