Shipping and delivery

We ship all orders with PostNL as letterbox parcels or packages.

The stock status of each product is shown on the relevant product page. If a product is not in stock, the deviating delivery time will also be shown. In that case, your order will be shipped as soon as all items are back in stock.

From January to May (high season), all orders are processed and shipped daily: ordered before 12 noon, shipped the same working day. From June to December (low season) we ship 3 times a week, namely Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Packaging

Fragile items are of course carefully packed in protective bubble wrap and strong cardboard boxes.

Track and Trace

After sending you will receive a status update by e-mail. With packages you will also receive a PostNL track and trace link later in the day.

Didn't receive a track and trace email? Please also check your spam folder, otherwise please contact us.

With the track and trace link you can track your package on the PostNL website and, depending on the country of delivery, also on the website of the local carrier. Use the PostNL parcel barcode on the relevant national carrier for this:

Inventory

The stock status of each product is shown on the relevant product page. If a product is not in stock, the deviating delivery time will also be shown. In that case, your order will be shipped as soon as all items are back in stock.

If, despite careful planning, the ordered items are not in stock, we will contact you and offer the following options:

  • wait delivery until all items are in stock.
  • proposal to ship with a replacement equivalent product.
  • partial delivery of order and refund of undelivered items.
  • cancel order and full refund.

In other words, you will never receive an unsolicited item that you have not ordered.

Shipping costs and countries

The shipping costs depend on the weight, volume and country of delivery. Initially, the shipping costs to the Netherlands are shown. As soon as you are logged in, the shipping costs to your delivery address (outside the Netherlands) will be shown.

  • Netherlands:
    € 6.95 for parcel post *

  • European Union:
    From € 8.95 for parcel post *

    For example:
    Belgium: €8.95
    Germany: €8.95
    France: €14.99
    Italy: €16.99
    Spain: €16.99

  • Other countries - outside EU:
    From €34.95 for parcel post + on average €8-10 per kg.

    Exporting to countries outside the EU, the 21% Dutch VAT will be deducted from all prices which (partially) compensates for the higher shipping costs.

VAT and customs/import duties

All prices shown are in euros and exclude shipping costs. Initially, the prices are shown with Dutch VAT. Once you have entered your delivery address, the VAT of the country of delivery will be applied.

  • VAT within the European Union

    All prices include VAT.

  • B2B in the European Union

    If your company is located outside the Netherlands but in the European Union, you can complete the order as an intra-Community delivery. Enter your VAT number at the billing and delivery address so that the 0% VAT rate can be applied. When processing the order we will check your details against the EC VIES website and send if everything is correct.

  • 0% VAT outside the European Union

    For shipments to countries outside the European Union, a VAT percentage of 0% applies. Because the prices shown are initially inclusive of Dutch VAT, you must first register with your delivery address before the prices are shown excluding VAT.
