Shipping and delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment provided all articles are in stock. The stock status is indicated on the respective productpage: in stock.
A receipt of your payment is received instantly when using iDeal, Credit Card or Paypal. A bank transfer usually take about 1-3 days.
Fragile articles are always properly packed and well-protected in bubble foil and cardboard boxes.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a track and trace link from PostNL. If you did not receive such an email please double check your spam folder and otherwise contact us immediately.
You can trace your package on the PostNL website and depending on the delivery country also on the local shipper website. For example:
- USA: usps.com
- UK: yodel.co.uk and or myhermes.co.uk
- Spain: correos.es
- Germany: tracking.hermesworld.com
If despite careful planning ordered items are not in stock, we will contact you and offer you the following options:
- wait with shipping until all items are in stock.
- replace with a similar product
- deliver order and refund articles not delivered.
- cancel and refund the order.
In other words, you will never be sent an article you did not order.
Shipping costs and countries
Shipping costs include handling fees, packaging costs as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and the country of delivery. We advise you to group your items in one order.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically and displayed in you shopping cart once logged in with your deliverey address:
€ 3,95 for regular mailbox shipments
€ 6,95 for packages
starting at € 8,95 for packages
starting at € 26,99 for packages
VAT and customs/import fees
All prices displayed are in Euros excluding shipping costs.
VAT within European Union
All prices are including VAT (6% or 21% depending on the article).
0% VAT outside European Union
For shipments to countries outside the European Union 0% VAT is applicable. Since prices are normally displayed including VAT, you need to register and login first in order to see the correct reduced prices. Reduction may be as much as 21% !!!
You are always responsible yourself for any fees in your country, like import and/or customs fees. Please contact your local customs or tax office for more information.
B2B outside the Netherlands but within European Union
If your company is located outside the Netherlands but within European Union, you can complete the order as an intra-community delivery. Include your company VAT number in the invoice and delivery address so that the 0% VAT rate is applied. When processing the order, we will check your data on the EC VIES website and, if everything is correct, further process your order.
