Returns & Refunds

You may return products within 14 days after delivery, without stating a reason.
Returned products must be complete, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a (full) refund.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service by email. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping costs and the risk of return shipments are always at the customer’s expense.

Exceptions

Some products, such as custom-made or personalized items, are excluded from the right of return:

  • Custom-made products
  • Products manufactured to the customer’s specifications
  • Personalized products
  • Products ordered specifically for a customer

Returning step-by-step

    1. Within 14 days after delivery, contact our customer service by email to request a return (full or partial).
    2. You will receive confirmation that your request has been received.
    3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.
    4. You must return the products within 14 days after receiving the RMA number.
    5. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
    6. After receiving your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
    7. The product will be replaced or refunded within 14 days, depending on your preference.

If your return concerns damage, defects, or shortages, please consult our warranty and quality policy first.

Costs

  • Return shipping costs and risks are for the customer
  • Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable in case of refused, uncollected, or undeliverable parcels.
  • Any additional costs charged by carriers or customs will be deducted from any possible refund

Refused Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels (Including International Orders)

If a customer refuses delivery, does not collect a parcel, or provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, this will be treated as a return initiated by the customer.

  • Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
  • Any additional costs caused by refusal, storage, customs handling, or return will be deducted from the refund

Refunds in case of refusal

  • A refund of the product value only will be issued after the goods have been returned to us and received in good condition
  • If shipping and return costs exceed the product value, no refund will remain
  • If the parcel is not returned and is instead abandoned, destroyed, or disposed of by the carrier, no refund will be issued

Refusing delivery without the goods being returned does not complete the right of withdrawal.

International Orders (Outside the EU)

For shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges
  • Any costs resulting from refusal of delivery or failure to accept the parcel
