Quality and Warranty

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us, therefore we offer only products of the best quality.

Your order is of course packed carefully in for example bubble wrap and strong cardboard boxes to ensure safe delivery of all articles.

Images on our website

No rights can be derived from the illustrations and pictures on our website. We illustrate our products as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that variations may occur, for example:

• Differences in colors (especially intensity of the blue color with Delftware)
• Minor differences in drawings and sceneries

Origin of articles

Initial intention of our webshop was to only sell products "From Holland", just like the website address suggests. However because of the great succes of the website, our collection has expanded and now also includes products which don't originate from Holland.

Complaints about a product/delivery

Any complaints regarding damage, visible defects, deficiencies or shortcomings must be reported to our customer service within three business days after receiving the products.

Complaints about any defects which were not visible immediately after delivery must be reported within 3 months after receiving the products to our customer service.

In all cases you need to include an accurate description of the complaint.

Quality and Warranty step-by-step plan

Do you have a complaint about a product or delivery? Then please proceed according to the steps described below. In this way we can handle your request as quickly as possible.

1. Send your complaint as soon as possible but within mentioned deadlines above to our customer service including an accurate description of the complaint.
2. You will receive a confirmation that your request is received.
3. Once your complaint is accepted, you will receive a RMA number and instructions about how to send back the products. 
   You need to send back the products within 14 days after receiving the RMA number.
   Caution! Shipments without a RMA return number will not be accepted.
4. After receipt of your shipment, you will once again receive a confirmation e-mail.
5. In case your complaint is valid, the product will be replaced or refunded within two weeks, depending on your desire and reasons.

Costs

Transportation costs and risks for returning the products are for your own account. The transportation costs and risks for sending repaired or replacement products back to you, are subsequently on our account.
