Find a product

There are several ways to easily find a product of your choice.

• Search
  Easiest and quickest way is to type in the product name or a keyword of your choice in the search field top right corner. Do you know the article number, then type this in directly? The products which meet your search criteria are displayed instantly while typing.
• Tags
  Click on any best seller tags and all products related to the tag are displayed.
• Categories
  You can also navigate through our collection by selecting a category and/or subcategory.

Order status

After you placed your order, we will keep you updated about the status of your order through email. It is also possible to login on our website and check the actual status in your account:

• Order received confirmation

  After you have placed your order an email stating "order received confirmation" will be sent automatically. This means your order was received in good order.

  You didn’t receive any e-mail? Make sure the email is not in your junk or spam folder. Is this not the case, please contact us immediately.

• Awaiting bankwire payment

  If case you choose to prepay by bank transfer, you will receive a "awaiting bankwire payment" email after the "order received confirmation".Once your payment is received on our bank account, you will receive a "payment accepted" email and your order will be processed further.

• Payment accepted

  In case you choose to pay by iDEAL, Creditcard or Paypal, you will receive a payment accepted immediately after succesful payment.

  If you choose to prepay by bank transfer, you will receive a payment accepted once your payment is received on our bank account. This usually takes about 1-3 working days.

• Preparation in progress

  You will receive an email stating "preparation in progress" once your order is processed and accepted.

• Shipment anouncement

  As soon as your order is shipped, a "shipment anouncement" is sent.

  If available a TNT track and trace code will be sent in a subsequent email stating "in transit". Use this code to follow your order on the website of TNT - PostNL.
